They also need to make the halloween last 1 or 2 weeks long since there's a lot of ppl having midterm exam at that time. Some classes have 30% worth essay/report too, no time for GW ><

How about making a black body suit with a painted skeleton on it like some people mentioned?
Sounds pretty simple, except putting the skeleton on it

Gah! I know, I have calculus on Halloween evening, and classes early the next day. No staying up late to party with the Mad King for me.
Unless of course Anet wants to be nice and move the Mad Kings visits to Thursday or Friday, since a lot of people might be out at parties, trick or treating (you know some of the younger players will be ) or otherwise occupied on that day.

A universal norn bear costume, each piece being max in stats. The way to get it is to farm like 250 of this that or the other per piece.
Have new quests where you wear some old halloween mask and scare people. Or vandalize things, like destroying buildings or whatnot. Or trick or treat quests...
I loved the mini king idea it pwnd!
For the mask why don't we get vampire fangs? It would be awesomenish!

I want a toilet paper roll bow. It's a special 15-15 bow or something that functions like normal, but it has toilet paper attached to the arrow, so when you shoot it, it leaves a trail of toilet paper behind.

Quests I'm cool with, but no collecting masses of items for some uber special reward. These things only last a couple of days and if there's one part of GW that really should be accessible to all - it's event goodies.
If they did another mini-pet prize (though, I don't think they will, because these events usually replicate the previous one pretty closely), I'd like to maybe see something to stop the easy farming that the mini-pig suffered from (getting 2 or 3 per visit by "zoning"). A character or account limit on such a prize would be a good idea and maybe a little more effort to earn it, but not too much. Encourage participation and not just leeching, as it were.

A full 5-piece costume which is maxed in stats.
You need to do 5 quests (1 quest for each piece) and it's available in every continent so for the skeleton costume, you do the 5 tyrian quests.
Tyria=Skeleton
Factions=vampire
Elona=Vampire
I'm not sure for EotN since that's an expansion and not a campaign..
